What is the difference between a regular and Reiki Massage?

A regular massage focuses primarily on physical muscle tension and manipulation. Reiki Massage adds an energetic layer, using gentle hand placements to channel healing energy. This combination addresses both physical discomfort and emotional or energetic blockages, providing a deeper level of holistic healing than traditional bodywork alone.

Is there anything I should do to prepare for my first session?

To get the most out of your treatment, we recommend arriving well-hydrated and wearing comfortable clothing. Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your appointment. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a willingness to relax—this allows the energy and lymphatic techniques to work most effectively.

How will I feel immediately after my treatment?

Most clients feel profoundly relaxed, “lighter,” and more centered. Because treatments like Zelflo MLD and Reiki stimulate detoxification and energy flow, you might feel a surge of vitality or, occasionally, a peaceful tiredness as your body resets. We always recommend drinking plenty of water afterward to support the clearing process.
